International exchange student coming to CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï are eligible for the following housing options:
Off-Campus Housing
- CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï has a culture of off-campus living for most students who have not recently graduated from high school and has a robust off-campus community surrounding our 2-mile campus. Off-Campus Life is dedicated to supporting CU students as they seek off-campus housing. We encourage you to contact them to understand the off-campus options and resources available to exchange students.Ìý

University Housing
- On campus housing is extremely limited. Bear Creek Apartments is the best option for international exchange students. Accommodation is in self-catering, ensuite apartments for students who are beyond their first year of university study.Ìý Students apply as an individual and will be matched with roommates(s).Ìý Ìý
- If you are interested in living in Bear Creek Apartments, apply as soon as you are officially admitted and indicate that you are an exchange student. The normal contract is for 9 or 12 months; if you willÌýonly be here for a semester, Bear Creek will allow a contract for the semester only if space allows.
