The CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹ÏÌýSchool of Education and the °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Bookstore invite teachers, students, families, librarians, and all who enjoy children’s literature to join us for the 2026 Children's Book Festival.

The CU Children's Book Festival is supported by a grant from the CU Office for Public and Community Engaged Scholarship (PACES)

Friday, November 6: Authors & illustrators visit local schools

  • Authors and illustrators will visit pre-selected schools in °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Valley School District, St. Vrain Valley School District, and other surrounding areas.
  • Authors and illustrators will share about their books and creative processes to inspire children's reading and writing.
  • Books will be provided to children and teachers in the partner schools for reading and author signing.
