For a number of years, CU ǸԹ’s spring break dates have matched with the ǸԹ Valley School District’s spring break dates and often those ofthe St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many CU ǸԹ employees and CU ǸԹ parents and families who have students enrolled in one of the two nearby K-12 school districts.

BVSD and CU ǸԹ identified a discrepancy for the 2022–23 academic year.

Following the BVSD Board of Education’s unanimous vote on June 7, BVSD moved spring break to March 27–31, 2023, which matches CU ǸԹ’s break.

SVVSD has currently not made any changes to its planned March 20–24, 2023, spring break.

CU ǸԹ reached out to both school districts to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
