CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï spring break dates will not match those of BVSD, SVVSD
CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï publishes its key academic dates, including holiday breaks, a few years in advance for a variety of planning purposes. For a number of years, CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’s spring break dates have matched with the °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï Valley School District’s spring break dates and often with the St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD). This is helpful to many CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï employees and CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï parents and families who have students enrolled in one of these K-12 school districts.Ìý
Next year, CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’s spring break will not align with BVSD’s or SVVSD’s spring breaks. CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’s spring break is scheduled for March 27–31, 2023; BVSD and SVVSD have scheduled their spring breaks for March 20–24, 2023.
CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï has reached out to both school districts to raise awareness that these spring break dates do not align, and to set the stage for future cooperation on calendar setting that benefits all three institutions going forward.
More information is coming this fall.
