The Light Microscopy Core Facility (LMCF), founded in 2011, is housed in theÌýDepartment of Molecular, Cellular, & DevelopmentalÌýBiology located in Porter Biosciences. We are openÌýaccess and serve CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï, academiaÌýand theÌýbiotech industry. We house 8 different imagingÌýsystems that allow researchers to observe wide-ranging samples from the microscopic to macroscopicÌýscale, including â¤ cells, tissues, organoids, embryos,Ìýand materials.

OurÌývisionÌýis to advance the academicÌýand scientific mission of the university and to educateÌýusers in microscopy and image analysis.ÌýWe feel it isÌýcritical to provide advice on experimental design andÌýtrouble shooting, and to help develop novelÌýapproaches and data analysis methods. We will workÌýwith you!ÌýGoogle: “CU LMCFâ€
