What to know when making a report

ÌýÌýEvery report submitted is reviewed by the appropriate office at CU °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï.

ÌýÌýPlease use as much detail as possible when filing a report. Providing a detailed report helps ensure a thorough review by the appropriate office.

ÌýÌýThere are times when concerns may fall into multiple categories of misconduct. Please select the category that best fits the description of your concerns, and the university will ensure that the appropriate office reviews the report.

ÌýÌýIn many instances and depending on the nature of the report being filed, the university is required to keep findings and subsequent actions confidential. In these circumstances, the individual who filed the report may not receive detailed information about the resolution of the report.

ÌýÌýRetaliation against those who report is prohibited.
