Employees: Requests for cancellation must be effectiveÌýbefore noon on the last business day of the monthÌýto avoid beingÌýcharged for the next month.

Students and Employees: Discounted daily permits are non-refundable. The date or lot may be changed prior to the start of the permit and only if space is available. Use the Additional Information box to make your request and wait for confirmation of the change before parking in a different lot.

Payment is non-refundable.

You may cancel your parking at any time for a prorated refund. Permit prices prorate on the 1st of each month. Backdated refunds will not be processed.
Depending on the permit type, this permit may not be refundable.
