If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a survey.Ìý

Is the Survey Confidential (private)?

ÌýYour participation is confidential, and all study information will be kept in a secure location at the University of South Carolina. The results of the study may be published or presented at professional meetings; however, your identity will not be revealed. Participation is anonymous, meaning no one will be able to link your responses back to you.ÌýYour participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.Ìý
