U.S. News & World Report 2027 Best Colleges Rankings泭
U.S. News & World Report is out with its undergraduate 2027 Best Colleges rankings, showing Leeds holding steady in the No. 21 slot for public business schools, joining Michigan State University, University of Arizona and University of Iowa. For combined public and private institutions, Leeds ranks No. 33 out of 535 business schools in the 2027 rankings, placing it among the top 6% nationwide.泭
Maintaining a top-tier ranking among both public and private undergraduate business programs is a significant accomplishment, said Vijay Khatri, Tandean Rustandy Endowed Dean of Leeds. As we continue to lead in business education, we remain committed to our泭Strategic Plan and to preparing students to succeed in a rapidly evolving world, he added.
That focus is producing exceptional results, said Jennifer Bone, Stone Family Faculty Scholar and associate dean of Undergraduate Programs. The undergraduate Class of 2025 achieved a 99% career outcomes rate (measured in accordance with NACE standards), while Leeds celebrated its largest graduating class ever in spring 2026, with more than 1,900 undergraduate and graduate students crossing the stage, she added. Meanwhile, Leeds continues to attract world-class faculty and produce influential research that shapes scholarship, informs practice, and earns recognition in leading journals and media outlets.
Raising the bar in real estate
The 2027 undergraduate rankings include standalone specialty areas, highlighting Leeds as No. 14 in the real estate category. Leeds also ranked No. 16 for real estate in the latest泭MBA rankings.
The strength of Leeds泭real estate programs underscores the impact of the泭Michael A. Klump Center for Real Estate. By connecting students with professionals in real estate development, capital markets, valuation and law, the Klump Center bridges classroom learning and industry practice.
